Browsing this site

This site sets no cookies and uses no advertising or tracking scripts. The hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting. Those logs are held by the provider under its own retention policy and are not used to build any profile of you.

The readiness check

When you complete the readiness check, the answers you selected, the resulting score, the topic and the date are recorded. No name, no email address, no IP address and no identifier of any kind is recorded with them, so these records cannot be traced back to you and are not personal data.

They are used only in aggregate, to see which gaps are most common across the industry. There is no form to fill in and nothing is asked of you.

Contacting me

If you write to me by email, or book a call, the content of that correspondence is held in my normal business systems for as long as our professional relationship requires and to meet legal retention obligations. Appointment booking is handled by Calendly, which operates under its own privacy policy.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation you may ask for access to any personal data I hold about you, for it to be corrected or deleted, and for processing to be restricted. A single email to the address above is enough, and there is no form to complete. Note that the readiness check records nothing that would let me identify your answers.

If you are not satisfied with how I handle your request, you may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels.

Changes

This notice was last updated in September 2026. If it changes materially, the date here changes with it.
